At Wag&Purr, we take great care in crafting and shipping our pet treats with love. Since our products are handmade and perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, we are happy to assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
🔹 Can I return or exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the perishable nature of our treats. All sales are final once your order has been shipped.
Order Issues
🔹 What if my order is defective or incorrect?
If you receive a defective or incorrect product (excluding shipping-related damage), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send an email to wagandpurrpet@gmail.com with:
✅ A clear photo or video of the issue
✅ Your order number
✅ A brief description of the problem
We will review your request and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
🔹 What if an item is missing from my order?
If an item from your order is missing, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
📸 A photo of the package and all received items
📦 Your order number
We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
🔹 What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once an order is shipped, it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused during transit. If you experience shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
