Shipping policy

At Wag&Purr, we strive to deliver healthy, homemade pet treats to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.


Processing & Shipping Times

📦 Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. If you order on a Friday or weekend, it will be processed the following week.

🚚 Shipping Time: We ship via USPS or FedEx, and delivery usually takes 7-10 business days depending on your location.

📢 Pre-Order Items: If your order includes pre-order items, processing may take 5-15 days before shipment.


Shipping Rates & Carriers

We currently ship within the U.S. and Canada only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

All orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx, and you will receive a tracking number once your package has been dispatched.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48-72 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Wag&Purr is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. If you experience any shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If your order is missing an item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
